A Valero was selling gas for:

$3.69 - Reg
$3.78 - Med
$3.89 - Sup

Needless to say, I filler it up, with regular right now. When the prices fall some more, I will fill it up with Sup. Too bad it was not a Shell or Exxon station.

Yeah, the $0.40 difference between regular and premium made it cost more for me to fill up my G than my SUV yesterday. So even though I get better gas mileage, it still costs about the same to drive. Except the G is WAY more fun. Sometimes I play the a$$ who pulls out in front of traffic on the highway (then I think "Oops, wrong car!").

I was in Missouri yesterday and regular gas was 3.47 at on station on the fwy. I look out my building and it's 3.71 down here. Sucks!

That's what I got it for a couple weeks ago off of 290 and Spring Cypress (in Houston area). But it was at Krogers with the $0.10/gal discount with the card - I cheated.

$3.35 for regular at the Chevron at Hwy 6 and Old Richmond road this morning.
Since they don't advertise plus or premium, I bet 93 Premium is lower than when I paid $3.66 last week. It's a run on the gas station!

Down here in the Valley, gas runs $3.43 for regular. Prem runs $3.63. Did I mention that over 90% if the freaking gas stations are Valero's? There is a Chevron station around $3.23 a gallon if you use your Chevron card. That price is for regular fuel. I do not know what they charge for premium. Could be $3.43 using your Chevron card.

Now, I do not know what the rates are in the San Antonio area. The Velero I found cheapist runs $3.47/$3.57/$3.67 per gallon.

BTW Cato. I have been using PREMIUM FUEL in my new car. Yes Cato, using PREMIUM makes a very big difference on my Mazda. I'm starting use it since price had been falling.

Research proves otherwise.... im afraid... i thought like that, but on my 03 accord, nothing but 87 for 128K miles, and no problems.... so i am with the mfg on this one...
