Whoa! At least you're ok enough to take and post pics. Yeah. People on phones while driving really **** me off. I can understand if you're talking real quickly to find directions or other important things, but most people talk on the phone just to talk and do it for the entire ride. I mean. Come on. Other people's lives are at stake and you risk not only yours but theirs as well by talking on the phone just because you found a sale at the mall and bought 5 pairs of jeans for under $500.

If I saw someone driving while talking on their cell phones, I would definitely call the police and see if they couldn't intercept them somewhere and cite them!

The officers didn't want me to get up and I was sent to the ER via ambulance but the only thing wrong was a broken collar bone, some road rash on my hand, and a nasty cut on my leg from where it hit the guys fender well. My gear kept me from getting really hurt for the second time.

Just picked the bike up today. I had not seen it since the accident. It doesn't look like it will be to hard to fix. 8 weeks and ill be back on the road

I once got hit by a lady as I was walking into a blockbuster. She was on her phone, did not even look back as she reversed.

Dang, that's sucks. I hate seeing people who don't pay attention to the roads.
Especially to bikers. Whenever I see a bike, I give them as much room as possible. I change as many lanes as I possibly can.

Glad to see that you're not too badly injured. Hope to see you back to 100% soon.

Man good to hear you're alive and ok! When I had my bike I hated that too. That and the freaking soccer mom's in the SUV's

I'm sure that guy got a ticket but did you cuss him out at least? I would've been fired up if I was in your shoes and got up police instructions or not. But that's just me.

Again good to hear you're ok.
