I went to Sewell Infiniti when I first bought my car and they were complete dbags, does anyone know a service rep in houston or a dealership I could go to who is better with customers? I have OC problems and have to go through the testing

I've got factory warranty so I think I may quality for the new engine, but I just wanted to know what dealerships were mod friendly or weren't trying to rip me off

 

West Houston Infiniti. Norman is a very good service rep. He has been with the dealership for well over 10 years.

Damn. I miss not having my G35 Sedan. ugh

 

Since no one else is suggesting anything, I guess I'll be going to West Infiniti for all of my services. I'll let him know "SRHTX" recommended me lol

 

Just tell him Stephen Hollon. His ol bud who now has a Mazda 3s. handels very well. Just does not have the awsome power of the G35s.

 

Let me know how it goes there. I'm still under warranty and would like to know how their customer service is. Last thing I want to do is take it to a place in Houston where they're going to give me the 3rd degree about every little thing.

 

Im going to Sewel, I had already started the OC testing with them and didnt want to transfer. They have always been good service wise but they previously tried screwing me over. I went to them again for one last try, if they don't pull anything on me during my testing I will continue to go to them. But i doubt they are mod friendly
