I have taken my G to Gunn Infiniti about a month ago because my gas tank needed to be replaced it had a nasty hole. Well after I picked up my G I noticed that I had an exhaust leak right underneath driver side door. I called the dealship to notify them what I found. Due to my work schedule I wasnt able to bring it back till a month later. So I bring it back at no cost to me since they say its warrenty work. They call me a few hours later and say: Gun: did you know you have an aftermarket exhaust on the car?
Me:Yes I know...
Gun: Well its broken right near the engine...
Me: Broken? How is it broken?
Gun: Well its broken right near the engine, so it wouldnt have been damaged from when we replaced the gas tank. I think maybe you should call your insurance to see if you can add this to your previous claim...
Me: How is the leak near the engine when you can clearly hear the leak right underneathe the driver door? Also don't you have to remove the whole exhaust to replace the gas tank? Maybe the tech didn't put it back on properly?
Gun: No sir I don't think they had to remove the exhaust to remove the gas tank...
Me: Really.............
Gun: So sir are you saying that we broke your exhaust?
Me: What I'm saying is I did not have the leak until after I pick up my car from you after the gas tank was replaced....
Gun: Ok sir we will put it back on the lift and check it....

I don't get it... How can they blame me after they touched my car last and tell me to make a claim with my insurance on something they broken. How retarded...

I will make sure never to go there. I wrote them about locating a G35, and they kept trying to sell me a new G37. Idiots. So I just found my own dang car!

 

That's where I purchased my g as well. There customer service isn't too great ha
