Registration Check in will take place Saturday, June 11th, 2011 at The Texas Motor Speedway from 7am-Noon.

Spaces are on a first come first serve basis. Clubs should show up together to be grouped in together on show grounds.



Judging begins at 1PM with industry judges from both coasts flying in. Awards ceremony begins at 5pm.

You will be looking for the 'Car Show Check In' area and will be directed around the stadium towards the load-in area.


1/4 tank of fuel rule will be enforced. Please plan in advance to show up with less than 1/4 tank of fuel.


We expect over 30,000 spectators coming through the gates starting at 4pm. Vehicles are not permitted to start their engines or move. This is a family event, please act responsible and courteous to spectators and vendors.


*We recommend ear plugs for the IndyCar portion of the event. It will be loud!

Media and photographers should utilize the times between 1pm-4pm for automotive photography as general spectators will not make up the bulk of the traffic yet. Please email Tom@TraffikTour.com for media access and credentials.
