Still Have Gas problems (Car not me)

Brought my car back in april to the dealer to get the tsb done for the shudder valve in the gas tank and since then my gauge hasn't been working properly. It wouln't read full when the tank was full and when they fix this problem the gauge would then not go below 1/4 of a tank. Got all the fuel sending units replaced 3 times. Brought it in yesterday and I told them this would be my last time. Got a call today and they told my they need to replace my whole gas tank. Do any of you think this will solve the problem, b/c i dont think it will b/c the tank just holds the gas and they said they changed all the sensors. Just want to see if anyone had any similar problems

I'm having the same problem called the dealership and Infiniti Customer service and told them that when I take the car to the dealership I am not leaving with it. I have already taken it in three times for this problem and there won't be a fourth. Somebody from customer service is supposed to get back to me in a few days. I also told them I wanted to return it under the Lemon Law and if they want to make a big deal I can gat a lawyer and let him them handle it.
