ReCall on 2006 headlamps...
To sum it up, there is no difference in output, its just supposed to fix the cutoff on some cars which was too high on one side, but since some of the tech's don't know what they are doing, you have to go back through and reaim your headlights yourself
then what is the point of even switching out the lights? why not just keep the originals until a) a headlight goes out or b) you sell the car.
as far as I know the recall does not expire --- am I right on that ?

The reason I'm doing it is b/c the right headlight is not as sharp as my driver's side... not sure if others have this same issue. The cutoff is blurry.
I got mine done and i'm supper pissed. I went through hell taking out the damn city lights on on my originals and when i took it there... they replaced the orange city lights back in. Now I have to go back there and take the damn lights out again!
What was the whole point of this recall by the way?
