Clicking from rear, window motor, squeaky seat... is my car falling apart :( HELP!!!

First of all when in 1st and windows down and accelerating even slowly, I hear a kinda fast click click click, it clicks a few times then stops when im kinda rolling and in second too but not sure if it does it in any other gears. it almost sounds like it might be the axle or something, could this be a recall? Car is an 03 Coupe, Brembo Brakes 6mt, with 32,300 miles.

ALSO when i press auto roll up on the drivers window it reaches the top and then rolls down 1/3rd of the way. It only happens sometimes, and it even does it with the door open. Ive checked to make sure nothing is in the path as well, i know the drivers window motor has been replaced once before. I just bought the car. Is this a recall as well?

OK next, my drivers seat squeaks like crazy when just cruising and gettin in and out, any kinda bump makes it squeak and its soooo annoying!!! Is this a recal or what can be done???

Thank you so much for your help. I just bought the car, and am trying to get get these things taken care of.

the clicking you hear when driving is your axle, it needs to be re-lubed, mine has it too. Windows i am not sure about, and same with the seat.

Take it in, and have then just fix it all.

The window rolling down 1/3rd one of two things:
1) either a simple reset will do the trick (have to remove door panel to do)
or
2) window motor needs to be replaced

If you are under warranty just take it to the dealer. Mine was doing the exact same thing and it cost me nothing under warranty.

If you haven't gone to the dealer yet (although I wouldn't know why you haven't), here is what I found.

1. Clicking noise is the Axle, and there is a TSB on this.
2. Window rolling partially down, like the other said, can be fixed with what Steel Blue said.
3. Driver seat creeking is a unfixable annoyance. I had it "fixed" three times with no luck. So, save yourself the time and forget trying. They all do this.

that window noise is the window regualtor...the window being rolled up and coming back down means the motor wasn't reset properly when being installed..also when the regualtor is goin bad, the window also does that.
