Heading to the stealership...

Hey guys, Im taking my 05 sedan to the dealership tomorrow to get it checked up on bc my warranty is up in a few months. I know there is a stock issue with the front struts tending to go bad, and also the device in the gas tank has had some issues actually showing the right amount in the dash gas meter. Other than those two things, any suggestions on other things (Recalls/TSBs) that can be fixed under warranty at the dealership?

do you have the common sedan 'rocking seat' syndrome. Basically, does your drivers seat seam loose and rocks back and forth a bit when you push against the steering wheel? Mine does that, gonna get it fix soon next time i'm at the dealership.

'True, but i was just giving him a heads up to something that he might have thought was ok, but actually has been identified as a problem.

The struts are only going to get replaced if they are leaking, or otherwise obvious failure. If they are not and do get replaced your tech is scrounging around for hours and will fabricate the problem to get past the warranty admin to pick up a few hours. depends on if you get an honest tech or not.
