Nissan rushes to grapple with poor quality survey scores

Nissan will also be addressing some of the most frequent customer complaints, like poor shift quality from its new seven-speed automatic transmissions used in Infiniti products. Nissan tells AN that it is already upgrading the software in the transmissions.

I've filled out those surveys and often wondered if it was worth my time and patience. Do they really care about why my seat belt retractor doesn't work as intended? Or the question airs you get from the stealership when you get home and there's black hand prints on your headliner. Would be nice if they gave us a response....

What's wrong with the 7AT? I loved it in the loaner a few months ago.
