Exclamation Help,,car wont start! :/ 2005 G35 coupe

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and just encountered a problem with my 05 g35 coupe, manual transmission. I decided to change the spark plugs and before i started I followed a DIY spark plug threads and I went ahead and removed the battery cables negative and positive first then went ahead and removed the bolts to get to the spark plugs. I finished putting in the spark plugs and all bolts and went ahead and plugged the battery terminals but my car wont start now! :/ my battery is good because the radio, interior lights work fine, can anyone please help me out? I would really appreciate this so much, thanks.

Does the engine crank but doesn't start? Also does it sounds like it tries to fire at all? May not be related at all, but on my 04 I was doing something else (still had to move all those wires) and I ended up breaking the ground wire for the ignition coils. It's a small wire with a 10mm bolt on the front timing chain case. I've seen others break there before too if wires get moved frequently.

Just saw the date of OP....lol
