door lock problem

Is there a TSB for the door locking failure as it seems to be a common problem??

I just went in and put a new door lock I had to take out the window and everything PITA!!! Now that I have done it I could easily do it again. If you need any advice on doing it you can PM me. I did not want to do the 5$ fix.

Please create a new thread. Even I have been wanting to know this procedure.
I've looked at the OEM actuator hundreds of times, and every time I don't see an easy way to do it!

K I will try and do it, but I don't have any pics so it will have to be a step by step.

Is it because the $5- Fix is too technical to do?
Or is it because in the back of your mind when it's covered up you feel that your G
has been cheapened by a $5 Universal Actuator that does the same thing as $$$$ plus
part from the dealer..LoL

Nope I just didnt feel like doing the $5 fix. I didnt feel like drilling a hole in my door, and I found a decent deal on a actuator. I have not created a thread as I have been working 50+ hours a week and I own my on company so it takes its tole. I will get to it eventually. Its really not that bad. Just the window is a pain.
