Not sure why you have posted this in the Technical Service Bulletin section???

I don't know anyone who has used one on a G, but I do know of numerous people who have used one on their 300ZXTT's (I used to have a 300Z). Generally, with proper tuning on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor, the Z's made 12-20 rwhp. Usually, these were already modified Z's, and something else to keep in mind is that they were turbo cars.

At a guess (this is merely a guess) you could gain up to 10 rwhp, after tuning. The tuning takes a couple of hours for best results, and usually ran about $300-$500

I owned one in my prelude...

expecting it to reduce the rich mixture and change the vtech engagement point.

while it may have adjusted the mixture and the engagement point could be changed. the end result was a cool blue gadget on the dash that didnt provide any benefit.

if i could do it again. id review the ecu reprogramming and / or the piggy back chip.

sweet product and quality manufacturing just dont where it would be best utilized.

ppp

its just a 1.) cheaper way to get good tuning without paying 500 to technosquare 2.) it lets you have the full control of tuning 3.) ye it looks cool...lol...

The only thing that's of true value is the ability to trim fuel to address lean/rich condition. Beyond that ... there's little use for the VQ application. There's no provision for variable-valve timing control, nor the ability to *advance* ignition timing. If you're looking to stay piggy-back, I'd highly recommend going the eManage route for a little more money.
