Removing HFCs...Do I Need a Retune???
I have been having too many problems with CELs, and I am pretty sure it is due to the Kinetix High-Flow Cats I have on my '04 Coupe.
I got a UTEC and got it tuned for my current setup, so if I remove the HFCs will I need to get a retune, or is a small change like that ok?
I also have a 5/16" spacer, Pop-Charger, Strup Headers, Cat-Back exhaust, and a UR crank pulley, so this is one of many mods.
Another plus, is that when I go back to stock cats, if the light does come back on, I can take it to the dealer and not get the whole we dont warranty modded cars speech.
What do you guys think?
Jason
