Question about uprev
Question about uprev
I know it can store multi maps question i have is will it fix for bigger and smaller rims like:
a map for performance street in 19" rims and then have a track setup with my 15's so that shift points are right also does it correct for new gears like going from 3.3 to 3.9
i searched some here and my350z but didnt see anything thanks alot

Not the rev limiter when u change rim sizes it normaly throws off shift points even more so with different gears wondering if u can setup different setting for track and street depending on rim size
yeah i guess so i know going from 19's on the street to 15s for the track will throw off the rev so that if u try to shift with progaming for 19s on 15s u will hit rev limiter probably
I'm not totally sure what you mean.
Heavier, wider, larger wheels can slow down acceleration compared to a light set of 15 inch racing wheels. If you are asking if an UpRev tune can sense that and make up the difference somehow, the answer is no. Heavier wheels is a mechanical disadvantage that slows down acceleration, nothing a tuning device can do about that.
Osiris can have a separate rev limit for each different map. That's why you can have a race map with 7200 RPM max and a valet map that restricts RPM to 3500.
The same goes for rear end gears. You can have a map that raises the RPM range to 7500 for a "racing" map and another map with a 6800 RPM limit for street driving.
I don't know if this answers your question, but that's the best I can come up with. Hope that helps...
