I have a feeling it's not the car but rather the dyno... pulls were done in 3rd and 4th gears... OP indicated the hp was the same on both. that seems odd. And 3rd gear pull on an MT is abnormal anyway.

I agree, I would question their dyno operator if they dyno decided to dyno a 6spd G on 3rd gear. Most people do 5th and 4th but never heard of 3rd. I'd definitely get a second opinion and/or at least ask why they dyno in 3rd?

and it highly improbably that 3rd would yield same numbers as 4th...

i dont know if its been said yet . But it a possibility you have a vacuum leak or didnt get something put back together right . People do work to thier plenums and then have problems afterwards . Look at that first .
