For forced Induction what is the threshold that your upgraded MAF can handle?

This is how engine management systems should be classified:

1. Standalone EMS- MoTeC, Haltech, FCon Vpro, ProEFI, etc.
2. Factory ECU Flash - Osiris/Techno square (although the Uprev stuff is much better IMO)
3. FCon IS piggy back EMS
4. Other piggy back EMS, UTEC, Emanage ultimate, etc.

Factory reflash is always going to be better than a piggy back EMS because it has complete control over fuel and timing, vs. offset tuning which always leads to variables changing down the road as the factory ECU compensates over time, this will force the tuner to tune the car overly rich and super low timing in order to prevent the car from detonating - therefore it is impossible to get a spot on tune with these systems. (Except for FCon IS, Utec is better than other systems but is still difficult to get spot on)

It is HILARIOUS that you feel more comfortable with a Split Second EMS in your car rather than a flash, you are truly a joke.

According to PMAS, the HPX MAF can support enough airflow for up to 1000hp applications.

I'm going to talk to GRD Racing (where I had my car tuned on Osiris) and see what they think. Keep the discussion up guys, this is really good info.

we have one guy against Osiris for no rhyme or reason and we have a high number of both users and respected tuners highly recommending it and backing it with factual information. You will be very glad with it.
