2003 g35 CAN rewire for Osiris

Anyone have a 2003 g35 and using Osiris? There is a CAN rewire printout on the page but it doesn't say what it is used for or why it needs to be done.

I'm having trouble flashing my ecu (it won't) and i was curious if that CAN rewire is the problem.

Anyone else with this model of g35 do the CAN rewire?

someone from uprev answered my question on my350z.

the pin DOES need to be relocated to properly flash the ecu.

Some 2003 ECUs are not supported by Osiris yet. Is this your problem?

are you a coupe or sedan...that makes a difference. I have called and hoped/wished that mine would be supported for the longest time. Its not...I gave up hope for support.

Wired up a greddy emanage.

mine is a coupe. I think only the early sedans (with the manual rad fan) are the ones not supported.

It flashed just fine with mine once i moved the pin around. After looking at the cipher cable i see why, there isn't a pin on pin 3, it's in the 14 slot. Everything matches and works beautiful. Now time to figure out tuning on this thing.

T, have you used a cipher to see if yours isnt supported? They might have added it to the list now.

OP Call Technosquare...they do not use Osiris, but they have their own reflash for your 03...no modification necessary...

OP has his working it sounds like.

Binder, I have a 2003 SEDAN...its not supported and doesn't sound like they really plan on supporting it, unfortunately. I wired up a greddy emanage to my ECU already. Got it dyno tuned and I'm now getting a wideband o2 so I can adjust my tune here and there depending on the temps & mods i do from now on.

is that the one that uses the maxima ecu? that sucks they aren't going to support it. it's awsome software.

glad to hear you got something working on it.

yup...its the one used in the 2002-2004 Maxima with the 3.5.

Its just unfortunate. They'd not only get the early 2003's (which will be more and more tuners with prices declining) but all the Maxima crowd too.
