They know what they're doing, should be awesome! Only disadvantage is that you don't get the cable... so you can't reflash back to stock or do anything yourself..

I cant even leave mine in Power or Eco mode. It just burns gas more than Stock mode..

Usually when I know Im going to get on it, I just switch it over to the Power map..

But usually I leave it in Stock mode when cruising. I hope it doesnt damage my engine for that it would be too lean.

I know for a fact from my commutes that Power/Eco mode burns more gas than stock.

could be that you were running too lean before the tune and even on the leaner economy map its still using more gas than before, can't really comment without seeing the A/F but its a very good possibility

Exactly what I was thinking! I think he meant 209, but then again, he went to Church - his dyno is notorious for reading extremely high.

good info on the maps...thanks Seymore....

I keep mine in Performance mode....I recently went to Stock mode when getting my smog check done (and also took of the Berk HFC's)...didn't want to take ANY chances...

...which brings up a question, since I was tuned WITH the Berks then took them off for the smog...I will be putting the BERKs back on -- will I need to get re-tuned?? just checking....I haven't had the time to call or visit Shawn C....

If you had it tuned with the HFC on and you're putting them back on... it will run exactly like it did before you took them off... lol

The thing about getting tuned is that you're changing the values that the ECU adjusts to in the ecu... so even if running with the cats on throws it out of whack and it can't hit the tuned settings its not going to be permanent, as soon as the HFC's are reinstalled it will start adjusting back to the tuned values. If you want to be extra sure you could do an ecu reset or clear the learned fuel settings in cipher

Well if you have the different maps you can leave it in the stock settings.

Your engine and/or tune has an issue if your getting worse efficiency with tuned map.
