Last minute nitpiking before hitting the dyno

What do you guys do to squeeze that last bit of hp out right before you go to the dyno?
I've done a port & polish job,and cleaned up some restrictions in my air intake system.
I'm wondering if there are any other little mods/hacks/optimizations I can do to pass the time between now and my friday tune appointment!!

Inspect for any fluid leaks and repair them.

Clean air filter.

Top off fuel tank.

Port/Polish will have marginal affect on performance gains without camshafts or FI.

Topping off the tank is a must! I definitely feel a difference with a full tank, or really anything above 1/2 tank.

& that is exactly why I used the term nitpicking, for example if I hit 229 I would be like damn, that could have said 230!! thank you!
