turbo netices ecu reflash?

I just wanted to know if we have to do the ecu reflash for the turbonetics kit since they reccommend it cant we just use the unichip piggy back instead of reflashing the ecu ?

you are psychotic; you posted two days ago that you bought an aps st, now you are asking about the turbonetics kit; get a life liar

here is your post that you did regarding the aps st

"I just installed an aps st today and man it pulls hard! I will soon post a couple of pictures and race videos of racing and installation of the turbo kit.My one concern is that will the turbo and engine last long? everything is tuned correctly running only 7.5 psi and only mods I have are crawford plenum,
custom true dual exhaust, aps test pipesand unichip. thats pretty much it
Oh and also do i need anything else? this is my first time having a turbo car
and i want it to last long, I use it as an everyday driver the most I put in a
day is about 7-12 miles and thats all doesnt move until I have work again."

FYI -- THERE IS NO WAY YOU COULD HAVE TEST PIPES WITH THE APS ST.

or a new name, hehe

- alright, guess that wasn't very nice. no need to exaggerate what you got and what you don't...

My undertstanding is that you can get any piggy back system you want so long as you got someone who knows how to tune it... and I believe that applies for all FI kits. That said, I'm sure the tnetics ECU reflash is a reasonable cost-effective way to get started with their kit if you're not looking for extra horses beyond their basic kit...
