Drag Strip Event Added to Midwest Z Fest
A huge thank you to Denise @ Tulsa Raceway Park for her willingness to accomodate us MZF'ers.
The OKZCC made arrangements for all MZF Z's & G's to have our own lane during Midnight Drags at TRP saturday night. They will still be open like any other Midnight Drags, but all MZF'ers will have our own lane and be lined up exclusively against one another instead of mixed in with the rest of the riff-raff Fun starts at 11PM, I will spread word friday at Hallett and saturday at the car show about a meeting time at the host hotel so we can all cruise in together!

Format is as follows; No scoreboard or timeslips the first half of the night, scoreboard on and timeslips provided the second half of the night.

The Drag Strip event will take place on the night of August 30th. Participants will meet around 11 and head to the strip as a group. You must be registered for Midwest Z Fest to get in on the drag event. You can register at www.midwestzfest.com
There are many other events including the track day at hallett on Friday, the early bird reception on Friday Evening, The Jackie Cooper Nissan Car show on Saturday, Awards banquet Saturday around 6 and a Go Kart event at JRP in Tulsa in addition to the Drag Strip event. We will also be offering a couple different cruizes on Sunday before everyone heads home sunday afternoon or monday morning.
I should also note that there is a non-Z category in the car show so several G's will be there and everyone is welcome!

I tried and it said it was taken, so the creative guy I am I come up with "thatguy II". Once I got on I tried to find a "thatguy" through the member list and got this

Hallett tomorrow! I hope everyone in the Tulsa/OKC areas will make it! As far as I know we have KC, Chicago, Nashville, NW Arkansas, and DFW Z/G owners coming as well. I'm going to take plenty of pics and video.
