that's what I mean... you can't have a poll and then put stipulations after the fact... if you have a problem with the majority wanting Las Vegas why is it an option in the poll??? You created the poll

Whether you like it or not - if you want a bunch of ppl, the majority will be from CA (just how it is)... so if it were to work (which I dont think it will), you need to be more flexible, not expect the majority of your turn-out to be.

Like I said before - you would be much more successful getting several regional big meets... you are attempting something where the odds are against you before you even accomplished the baby steps.

Ok. I have just finished writing an email to Nissan HQ, just to see thier standing on having a meet there. That way it can be decided wether or not it's even a real option. I will post the reply from them as soon as I get something back.

I threw it up there for interest. I didn't expect for it to take the lead.

We will see how it pans out and how that email comes back. So we will see.

 

Thanks guys. I just figure an email to them can't hurt. I mean the worst they can say is no. Hopefully that's not the case, but we shall see. Hopefully I get a reply within a day or two.

 

If this doesn't work out, I want to do an east coast meet, we can get all the clubs and nissan communities within the east coast to come meet at Ocean City, MD, just like the VW guys do it every year for H20 fest.

If the east coast guys do something big like Z days, i'd consider driving out depending on time.

 

You might as well consider that a TN/N. Carolina meet, since the Dragon goes thru Eastern TN.
