You need to put links for each area here.

I know Vegas is "winning" in this thread but here's the thing... I would go to ANY of the locations on the poll EXCEPT for Vegas.

And i REALLY think that Vegas is a bad idea. You socal people are planning a meet for yourselves if it's in Vegas. I do not see a lot of eastern and florida people driving out. That is across the entire country.
I'm devoted enough to drive halfway across the country for this, but obviously most of the Cali crowd isn't.

I guess if we have to devide it up, then so be it. I think it should really be only devided twice though. East Coast/West Coast devide it any more than that and it looses too much epicness (yeah I'm making up words, deal with it )

BTW, did anyone ever get up with Nissan?

Let us know how it goes. Maybe we could do like a Tennessee meet for the easterners and a Vegas meet for the westerners. How does that sound? Depending on time, i'd probably head out east. havn't met any of the florida or east coast people yet.

whats the point of having a poll if the results aren't respected?

^I respect the results of the poll, if the Cali crowd doesn’t want to drive more than a few hundred miles to Vegas, fine with me. But that's over 2,000 miles for me. I could make Kansas City, but more than 1,000 mile drive is going to count out basically the entire east coast.

^^but thats were having a west coast and east coast meet makes it fair for all, so that way each one can have a central location relative to it

of course its not cool for us west coast guys to say oh we're going to vegas and you have to come from florida, but if there were 2 meets it can make it more fair

I'm fine with two meets. I just wish more people would've been willing to give a little for St Louis, Kansas City or Texas.

yea driving out to vegas is way too much. tennessee is fine for me. MAYBE texas. tennessee is like 16 hours already. texas is about a day.

also, i agree with having a west coast meet and east coast meet. it'd be more reasonable, not asking people to drive over 20+ hours.

On the Trailblazer/Envoy forum i used to frequent, they would have Nation meets in central US. California members and New York members would meet in the middle, but they were willing to drive a bit farther. It was just cool to have West coast and east coast people all meet (hence a national meet)

I can throw together a midwest meet no problem. It would be cooler though if we could get cars from all over the USA to meet though.

Lets try the coastal meets i guess. Maybe we can get something bigger going next year...

In terms of driving distance, i did 6200 miles last June in the G. I would be more than willing to drive to Vegas and any place for that matter because im central and its equal distance to both sides of the country. It would be very nice though to get EVERYONE together, but not as many people are willing to commit a week, which is understandable for some.

A city needs to be chosen by the end of the year if we are planning on having this next summer

I would rather have one national meet instead of two big meets. Part of the fun for me would be to meet the cali and east coast guys at one meet.
