Bluetooth quality

I might be leasing a G35x. I've heard Infiniti has had issues with Bluetooth quality in the past, but it has been resolved in 07. Has anyone had positive/negative experiences with it?

I have a Blackberry 8700c. What kind of functionality can I expect? These car salesman simply don't know the technical answers....

I have a 2007 G35 Journey. I've had a couple people tell me they have trouble hearing me on the Bluetooth....breaks up, static, crackling....very frustrating.

I've read the 8700 should work, but I don't think you get full phone book transfer unless you have an 8800.

My bluetooth works amazingly well with my Razr phone. Clear as a bell. That's probably more of an issue with the cell provider, though.

Do the people you are talking to from your car, hear you clearly without any issues? Do they complain about your voice sounding tinny?

No issues with my BB7130, crystal clear calls and it works perfectly when my phone is in my briefcase in the trunk.

My T610 works flawlessly.

I have asked everyone about the voice quality from the car - they all say that the clarity is amazing for a car handsfree.

Ditto ... everyone says it's very clear from their end, no issues here, I love the bluetooth feature. LG CU500 phone.

I have heard this also. What is strange is, my Garmin Nuvi 360 transfers the phone book (just #'s, not addresses), so it's weird that other systems won't. I really want to get the 8800, this might push me over the edge : )

I've had zero issues whatsoever with my Razr thus far.

+1. No complaints from others with my Razr 3i (unless my Valentine goes off in their ear )

+1 for the Razr V3m

Works very well.
Wife said it's not quite as clear as the Acura MDX.
She said I sounded a little more like a speaker phone, where the Acura, nobody could tell they are on speaker at all.

I adjusted the Mic volume in the G and all appears to be working great now.

ditto on the V3 razr. great quality. The only complaint is the inability to transfer more than one phonebook entry at a time with the moto phones.
