Help with connecting an iPod. 07 sedan.
I'm aware that the 2008 sedan has a factory option that allows you to connect the ipod to the car, but sadly I purchased the 2007 and i was wondering what the best way to connect and ipod to it is. Thanks in advance.
There's another option using an OEM Nissan adapter that is also compatible w/ Infinitis. Do a search and you'll find it. The integration is not as good as the one for 08+ G35/37s but it looks to be fairly decent.
Take a look at this post:

It's long, but page 5 lists the part numbers you'd need. All-together, about $200. Essentially you buy an IPOD converter box that turns your console/steering controls into signals that the IPOD can understand. If you've ever plugged your IPOD into a computer, the IPOD screen will look like that (checkmark on the screen saying "OK to disconnect") and the IPOD menu's will be viewable from the center console. The interface is more sophisticated than just the RCA jacks, but not as in depth as the '08. There's a lot of details in the post, so take your time to read up and make sure it's what you want before you do it.
