Bluetooth and Samsung i760
Hey all.
I've been having trouble with my phone and was wondering if anyone has had a different experience.
I have a Samsung i760 and the bluetooth connects fine, I see the antenna and battery strength (battery only shows on 'phone' screen but antenna shows all the time).
My issue is with the BT connection/operation.
Whenever I am on a call and someone calls in I can't connect via call waiting. The caller connects immediately and I'm on some sort of party line. I can't 'ignore' the call, I can't pick up the new call while the other call goes on hold (like normal call waiting). After a few seconds the calls get connected together and I can hear both parties but then I can't talk to either one. My only option is to hang up on both of them.
I've tried transferring to my cell but by the time it transfers it's too late.
I also get the caller going to my voicemail when I connect/disconnect during this process and I can't figure out exactly when or why this happens.
I've tried re-pairing the phone and will try a hard reset on the phone to see if it's something wonky with the phone itself.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience or has any recommendations. This is extremely frustrating - enough to make me want to explore an iPhone but I want to make sure the bugs are worked out on that puppy too (especially the charging issue when connected to the audio in the center console!).
Thanks in advance!
Jay
