has anybody had a problem with presets A on their radio? my presets will not go past #3 preset. It'll reset and go back up to #1 if i try to pass #3. went to the dealer and said that this was a recall and its on nationwide backorder.. for some reason i think my dealer is bs'in..

 

Do a search. There are about 5 other threads on this exact issue. Some people had the recall done but lost all HDD songs and some other stuff.

There is a way to reprogram the presets that seems to reset the problem but it's not a long term solution.

Do the search and you'll find a ton of info on this.
