Tweeter place

Some time ago I put the aftermarket tweeters (MB Quard) + crossovers to the factory places.

How do you think, maybe It would be good for sound positioning, if I'll make podiums with the tweeters so they would look a little bit to the driver (the left one) and to the passenger (the right one)?

Because now, the left tweeter plays to the edge of the moving gauge cluster.

Yes. And yesterday body shop did the podiums for my aftermarket (hi-fi MB Quard) tweeters, so they look to my face

And I'm VERY satisfied. Sound positioning is WAY better. Will try to post some pictures later.

Well, better late, than never:

Tweeters are MB Quard with additional crossovers (2 level filter), hidden in the doors.

looks nice and very OEM, but is the sound difference really worth the cost and time? its a serious question with no sarcasm intended...

Well, it should look OEM, because it was made of OEM plastic tweeter-holders and then painted black BTW, the shop charged me only 40$ !

The sound changes are not significant, but the stereo effect is rather better. But I don't suggest to do it without changing OEM tweeters.

It looks good but is not needed I would leave it oem, but that was a great price. I just installed a pair of hertz components they sound great.I use to rock mb quart they are a great choice also.Btw I just joined as a new member so hello!
