So I have two 15inch blue LED strips sitting in my house. I was going to put these in as ambient lighting in my car but decided not to. I just thought about putting them in my trunk and wiring them to my trunk light, but I'm not sure on how to get to the wires connected to the trunk light. Any help? Thanks

My lights have 1 positive and 1 ground. I was just wondering how I would get to the wires behind the trunk light so i could either tap or solder em

Yeah. I have 4 strips actually. I just want them to turn on when the light turns on or when the trunk is open
