Headunit replacement

Hi, I have a US specs car using it in Middle East, as the FM is different in both countries so have very limited options using FM channels here, I just want to know is there any other kind of after market headunit which i can use in my car like replace with the stock one. Have seen many for toyotas with DVD and other things.

Replacing the HU as a whole would be difficult because it is so integrated into the car. I know for certain if you remove the HU and powered up the car, the dash will display many warning lights.

why dont you just swap the US style HU with an used middle east version of the HU if possible? that way you can retain the clean OEM look and get your FM stations.
