Aftermarket Bluetooth & Ipod Dock

Hey Everyone,

I just recently bought a used 2008 G35x. The car did not come with the premium package, so no Bluetooth or Ipod dock. So I have two questions.

1) Is it possible to get the factory bluetooth unit installed aftermarket? So basically get the same controls on the steering wheel with integration into the LCD console.

2) Is it possible to somehow install an iPod dock, like the factory installed unit?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You can install a ipod factory integration or iSimple ipod itegration (which now works with iPhone 3GS) with SOME steering wheel control - see those threads for details. I have a blackberry and use a Blackberry Bluetooth Stereo Gateway (connected to RCA audio inputs) to stream music via bluetooth (AUX mode). No steering wheel controls with BT way though but not having to deal with wires outweighs this issue.

+ the factory integration of blutooth would cost a small fortune including a new Infiniti steering wheel with the phone buttons.
