Bose?

Do all of them come with Bose speakers or is it only with the premium package?

Only the Premium package comes with the 10-speaker bose. I've driven one without Bose and one with Bose, but they both sound very similar...I don't really hear much of a difference.

Don't know...when I drove the loaner that did not have the premium package, I noticed a couple speakers missing, and the Bose insignia was gone...However, the bass output was exactly the same, so I feel like they might be all Bose speakers.

I don't really hear much of a difference, except that the sound was more immersive with the premium package (due to more speakers.) The sound quality sounded exactly the same in both cars.

there is HUGE difference on the two. I have the bose and have driven loaners without. One big omission on the non bose is no sub. The highs are not as high and no bass at all with the stock system. I STRONGLY urge new buyers to get the bose system if they can. There really is a big difference especially if you use an ipod and the eq function.

the bose system sucks, if you care about sound quality you will replace all your speakers anyway and put in a 10 or 12 inch sub with some amps

prepare to have a rattle infested car though

I think the Bose system is very well done. It's no SPL monster, but SQ-wise it's fairly good for an OEM. Put in a decent source and you'll hear the system shine.

And yes, it's a very noticeable difference from the base set-up.

As I recall, there are subs in the non premium package model. They have subs on the doors and on the rear deck. When I turned the bass to max on the loaner they sounded exactly like mine with the premium and tech packages...The sound is not just as immersive as the Bose one because it had more speakers (two tweeters near the side mirrors and the middle speaker on top of the console.)
