make sure the sd card is properly inserted into the CF and the CF into the car, if it still doesnt work then remove all files from card and add just one mp3 file to check if it reads it, if it works then it was just your music composition that had problems else it could be the card format or something around those lines.

You'd probably be better off just going with a CF card and use an adapter at home if your computer doesn't have a CF reader. Besides, a 16 gig card is way overkill as the car's CF reader will not see more than something like 512 files per card anyway. Mine is a 4 gig Sandisk Ultra and handles most mp3 and wav files with no problem.

P.S. Got any pics of the 12w7 enclosure, and how it fits in the trunk? After a year of running with a 13w7 ProWedge box, I finally had a custom one built to be able to get to the spare tire with the box in place.

I had issues myself the first time removing my cover (two weeks ago), you really just have to get on the underside of the cover there is an opening, just pry it out with something blunt from underneath. You won't break anything, it's just a plastic casing, just be sure you don't bang up your dash or anything when it pops free. After it comes out it goes in and out easily, the first time is the roughest

Thanks for the help. It goes in and out quite easily now. Ok, that sounds bad...but eh...it's all part of it. Thanks again
