Intermittent hiss from driver side tweeter caused by NAV?

I've owned the car for just about 2 months now. One of the things I notice everytime I start the car is that as soon as the ignition is on whether on ACC or the ON position, the driver side tweeter begins to hiss intermittently. It almost sounds like this is being caused my the HDD in the navigation. The hiss becomes less rapid as the car idles with the radio off, but touching any button on the nav or the radio controls causes it to come back in full swing. Any kind of a command that causes the HDD to access data spits the hiss out of the tweeter.
Has anyone else experianced this? Should I check for a bad ground behind the door panel or take it into the dealer and let them mess with it?
Also, should I expect to hear crap from the dealer if they decide to start replacing components such as the head unit or the HDD itself and find a KP NAV Interface Module in the center console?
Any help would be appreciated.
I can also take a quick video of what I mean in case anyone wants to hear it first hand.
