Have any of you experienced your navigation GPS being inaccurate? What I mean by this is that I'm consistently seeing my car show up on the map as being a distance away from the street I'm on. It will do this for a bit, and then "snap" back onto the street. I'm wondering whether my GPS is getting wrong information? I don't think this is a case of my maps being out of date because I'm driving on old roads when this happens. I've seen it happen when I'm driving on new roads/construction. But my concern is more on the old roads.

 

try an update, if that doesnt then might be a lag in your area with the satellite

 

^ most probably a signal issue between your car and the satellite rather than needing a map update, or worse case a hard drive starting to go bad in which case your songs in musicbox will also start acting up and these nav problems would happen more often as reading of the drive is not quick and smooth.

But as of now id say just a simple lack of signal in the area like pricojorge said.
