Hey was driving and my radio turned off and wont turn back on. And my a/c stays on. Tried looking up the problem and it says its a circuit board but everyone who said that had a older g35 coupe or sedan. Any newer ones have these problems and know if theres a recall on it or "easy" fix? Your help is much appreciated. Thank you 2008 g35x

 

Just checked the fuse. It was blown and I put in another one and that blew too

 

Air bag light stays on too

 

Yes, this sounds like a malfunction of the control unit behind the stereo which interfaces to the HVAC and airbag. Have you done any recent dis-assembly of the head unit? or any modification which could have grounded some wires in the back?

 

Have not touched anything. Only thing done to my car is coilovers. I was driving and it randomly happened

 

Unfortunately then it sounds like the control unit (which piggybacks onto the radio) crapped out. Hopefully you're under warranty.

 

RemmyZero is exactly right. Its very likey your control unit crapped out, since its for both the AC/Radio Control unit.

Is that the face plate thing where the buttons are or is it something behind the radio

 

Same thing happened to me I have an 07 g35X , dealer fixed it free of charge

 

Were u still under warranty? And did they say what the problem was

 

Wow infiniti just charged me 86 bucks to look at my car and said it needs to get looked at for another 150 wtf and they only looked at it for an hour. They said it wqs something about a cam sensor

 

When I left they said they could try to change the av control unit. What is that

Took everything apart and put back together. Now the infiniti screen comes up for a second then blows a fuse again
