why on some 07 sedans the ICC sensor is visible and some are covered?

why on some 07 sedans the ICC sensor is visible and some are covered?
I have an 07 g35x sedan black on black, premium package, nav, rosewood.. the whole 9.. n my bumpers ICC sensor ia visible unlike most other 07's. I was just wondering why is that?

Not sure about your original question, but ICC only comes with the tech package.
