What cables are needed to hook up Iphone to car stereo

My 2008 G35x has the video and audio hookup connections in the center console box, and I cannot figure out what aux cable(s) I need to play my Iphone through the car stereo. Anybody know what cable works please.

If you're only looking for audio/sound only, all you need is an rca to male 3.5mm cable (https://www.amazon.com/Cable-iXCC%C2...BMDJEFX126M4TW) which will hook up to your headphone jack.

If you want the iPod integration, which allows you to play the next song or previous song with the steering wheel buttons and headunit, you will need the Infiniti iPod cable (http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/3109618...&ul_noapp=true). If you have the new iPhone with the lightning port, you will need to buy Apple Lightning Port 30 Pin Adapter (https://www.amazon.com/Apple-Lightni...A94HGKVV0NJADD).

I have an 07 and I only have the RCA cables in the center console how do you connect those with the steering wheel controls?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to control the music via aux cable, it has to be through the iPod integration.

You could also play your music through a bluetooth adapter. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

A bluetooth adapter is a great idea. We did this earlier this month and it allows the iPhone to be charged while playing (its an iPhone 7, so it has no headphone jack).
