just got the car 2 days ago i tried putting a cd in and every time i hit load it says eject disc, now that just stays on the screen

can anyone help me

 

Not sure about V36/V37 cars, but V35 had many issues with the CD changers in the cars. Hope this one doesn't have a failing CD changer :/.

 

I lost a few cds to this problem in the g35. I think out of 6 of the slots only 1 ended up working in the end. Common problem. The bose sound system is not made by bose. The back of the head unit said "made by clarion". Marketing scheme
