3 out of 4 windows stopped working.
So last weekend I replaced my turn signal lever assembly. I had to unplug the battery in order to remove the airbag safely. Well a few days later after rolling down my driver and passenger window, the passenger window got stuck down. This was all of a sudden because I didn't notice any slowing down of the motor. I thought it was just the motor but later that night after taking off the door panel and checking the connections, I realized that neither of the back windows worked either. What is the chance of all three window motors going out at the same time? I know there is some stuff with resetting the window motors that I never did when I re plugged in the battery. Is there something I am missing and is there a way to test to see if my motors are working? There is no sound coming from the door except when you turn the car on, there is a small noise.

Do ANY of the window buttons work? What about when you put the key in the door lock and hold it to the lock position to roll up the windows?
If nothing is working then I would disconnect the negative cable on the battery, pump the brakes a few times to drain off any residual charge, hook the battery back up. Make sure you close the door again before hooking the battery up, you want the vehicle in as "normal" a state as possible when powering up the BCM again.
Window reset is to roll the window all the way down, then hold the switch on the auto-up until the window closes and for an ADDITIONAL THREE SECONDS (use a timer or hold for 5 seconds to make sure you held for long enough). Start with the driver seat window and rinse/repeat for all the other ones.
I'm betting unplugging the battery will get the other windows working however they all need their auto-up recalibrated.

I would definitely put the key in the driver side door lock and hold it to the lock position and unlock position to manually roll all the windows up/down. This is a good way to verify the issue is actually the switch and not actually the motor. The key lock cylinder bypasses the door switch and sends a signal straight to the BCM.
Check out pawn shops and craigslist for cheap sockets/tools, also pick up a cheap digital multimeter (the $5 cen-tech from harbor freight will suffice for just about everything) because you want to unplug the motor harness and stick the probes in to read for voltage, it will be 12v going one direction and -12v going the other. If you don't have voltage at the motor then the motor isn't the problem.
Actually it might have been 5 volt and -5 volt, can't remember, been working on too many cars lately... either way you should see voltage and it should reverse polarity when the switch is pushed the other direction.
