Multi-info display on dash suddenly stopped working

I have this car in storage for a few months. It was out of battery about 1 month ago so I replaced it and now store it with battery unhooked.
I turn it on today and the dash display shows this.

Is this an easy fix? Loose cable? Fuse?

Instrument Cluster

I have 2 spare clusters with dead LCD screens. I saw few posts about loose soldering around them or the resistors, I never bothered as they're about $60 on eBay and you can get them in just about any mileage you like.. Before buying one, google the VIN# it came out of to see what was the actual mileage, many sellers put "unknown" because they're too lazy to check.
