can you use springs from a G35 coupe to drop a G35 sedan? Just wondering b/c someone is willing to let my try out their Tien Htechs for the coupe on my sedan, but I want to make sure it'll fit/work

It the difference in springs from coupe to sedan is similar to that of the 03-06 G sedans then the answer would be yes but the drop will be about an inch lower than what it was on the coupe.

thanks for the reply, i read somewhere someone put the 1st gen G sedan springs on their 2nd gen, but i've also heard people put G coupe springs on their 1st gen G sedan for a lower drop, but didn't know if it would work from g coupe to 2nd gen sedan.... I'mm try it probably closer to May when my wheels should come in....

I know I'm gonna be shouted at for asking this question... but whats the most economical of them mods? I currently have the G35XS stock wheels/tires, and the only thing i dont like about them is the wheel... so what's the mosts economical way to get meself a better looking wheel(same tires, no new suspensions.....
How much does it cost to get these mods done anyways?

has anyone tried getting 285/30/20's in the rear... I know everyone mostly uses 275/30/20 but i'm not a fan of the stretched look, and was wondering if the Sevas in 20x10 would rub with a slightly wider tire...

nice, I just looked at the pic of your car in the suspension document, and that's how a tire should fit on a rim.... not a fan of the stretched / \ look. But i notice your wheels have a 48 offset, which would work for you, but the sevas have a 40 offset, and i have a feeling it would rub, unless i let the rear camber out with a drop.

Here's a picture of my car with 275's with a 40mm offset (19" wheel tho) but the edge of the tire is shouldn't really change as the centers are the same. Fronts are a 35mm offset.

After seeing you guys talk, almost wonder how the 285/35 would've looked....

yea, i think i would need to go stretched, though i wouldnt want to... your LP G looks good. I like my wheels sitting flush, but not quite sticking out, so i guess i'm the opposite of the people on this forum, i think i want the wheel to sink in just slightly, maybe 5 mm, so i think i might not get the sevas after all (though i LOVE the huge lip in the back) and might try to find something with a +45 rear offset....
