Damn your car looks sexy. Especially the color of your car, the chrome rims really sets it off. What color is that by chance? I still like Blue Slate the best but that is definetly giving it a run for its money. Those are some good pics

+You do not need spacer, spacers are only needed for a more aggressive look.
+You will need the lug nuts from the M45, the thread is the same but the length of the stock 17 lug nuts aren't long enough for the M45 wheels.
+Use the TPS sensor from your original wheels.
+As long as the wheels aren't scratched or badly damaged you can purchase them and have them balanced.
+M35 wheels are 18" M45 wheels or 19"
Good luck with your purchase you wont regret it and if you have the guts drop the car!

To clear up a few errors...
1. The 19" sport package rims on 06-07 M35s and M45s are identical. I have 19" M35 sport rims and they look exactly the same as all of the 19" M45 sport rims I see. The 2008 M45 19" sport rims are a different design than the 2006-2007 M35/M45 sport rims.
2. You can use your stock lug nuts. They look like they won't fit, but CarFreak assured me they would fit and I used my stock lug nuts and they fit with absolutely no problems. I torqued them to 80 lb/ft and I took them off a couple of times to ensure nothing was wrong. They stock lug nuts work perfectly and my car does not vibrate or do anything funky. In fact, the 19" rims w/ lower profile tires feel virtually the same as my stock G35 18" rims.
3. Spacers are not necessary. In fact, if you don't use spacers, the offsets are virtually identical to stock and your steering will feel virtually the same as stock. However, if you want a more aggressive look, I would go with +10 mm spacers all around if you don't plan to lower your car. If you are lowering the car and want a more aggressive wheels flush w/ the fender look, I would recommend +20 mm spacers at all 4 corners. Yes, +20 spacers will work fine even up front. I plan on doing this once coilovers are released for the G and I lower my car.
4. When you are buying the rims, try to find ones that are as perfect as possible. That way, you won't have to worry about finding a rim repair place to touch them up or straighten them. Obviously, the more tire tread on them the better. If you buy a set with TPMS, the ones from 2007 M35/M45s should be compatible w/ the 07+ G35. If you get a set of 2006 M35/M45 sport rims w/ TPMS, the 2006 TPMS is completely incompatible w/ your 07 G35 and you will need to swap your stock TPMS into the M45 rims. You can probably sell the 2006 TPMS for about $100 in the marketplace, but it will cost you at least that much to dismount your tires from your stock rims, remove the TPMS, dismount the M45 19" tires, put on the correct TPMS, then remount and balance the 19" tires.

Question: You say that the 2008 vs. 06 & 07 M45 rims are a different design, how so? I am also looking at buying some from an 08 M45 since my first deal doesn't look like its going through. Is there any difference as far as offsets or anything with the 08 M45 rims? I thought it was pretty much the same set up. Thanks for all the help.

What I mean is the 2008 rim is actually a different design. It looks similar, but notice how the spokes flare out where it meets the rim:
2008 M45:
Compared to JayJay3452's 19" M sport rims circa 2006/2007. Notice how the spokes go right to the edge of the rim w/o flaring:
While I prefer the 2006-2007 design over the 2008, I think having 2008 M sport 19" rims would look really good on a G35 as well. I say go for it. At least you'll be the first!

Can you define a "more aggressive look" I was always under the impression that, when you would say that you were referring to the "stance" of the car i.e. front end lower than the back. I could be wrong. I'm still learning.
And as far as the drop I would like to. I've seen the thread with your car and it looks pretty sick. I would like to wait for Tein to come out with something for our cars though. Maybe coilover kit or just springs??? Thanks for the help.

I still don't understand the point of taking off OEM wheels to put on OEM wheels at a higher price than subjectively much better looking aftermarket wheels... but hey, it's your cake.
I wont lie, that black g looks tight.
