I'm thinking of getting 245/45/18 front and 255/45/18 rear Bridgestone Potenza RE070 (050 is stock) for track use... but first I better get my stock wheels back from my parents' place in Arizona...

Tire replacement should be on the minds of plenty of us, now that these cars have been out for 2 years. Going up to 235 on the front allows for more choice, and going up to 255 on the back will protect the 8.5' rims and better match the diameter of the front. Anybody try that combination, or the Sumitomo HTRZ III (Max Performance Summer tire)? That tire has a treadwear rating of 280, not such a drastic change from the stock 140.

I changed from 235/50/18F and 255/45/18R to 245/45/18 all around.
The car feels more stable and turns faster.
I used Toyo T1R
