$75 to re-balance tires

I just dropped my G off at the dealership for an oil change. They want to charge $75 to re-balance my tires, is that normal price?

That sounds about right, as long as you are getting road force balancing. As with all services, you are paying a small premium for the convenience of getting it done at the Infiniti dealership.
I've paid more than that in the past for road force balancing.

I go to town fair tire. have had good service and my car doesn't shake all the way up to 130, so they do a good job at balancing my tires

Discount tire wanted to charge me around $20 / wheel as they tires weren't from there. Talked them down to half of that, since I buy a lot of tires from them.

I'd trust Discount Tires. I bought my current Yokohama's from them and they mounted and balanced them. I have no issues with them whatsoever... Dealerships want you to think everyone else does inferior work on everything. There are some things that definitely pay to have the dealer take care of, but something as simple as tire balancing isn't one of them.
