I'll probably get the RGR wheels which basically look the same but are 1-piece without the rivets. I think it's one of the best wheels out there, but crazy expensive, about $1K a pop...and they make a hubcentric fitment for the G in an 19x8.5 38 offset. I love the way they look on this 1st gen G.

BBS wheels look nice but after my last experience I don't think I'd ever consider buying them again.
I had 18" RX's on my Passat B5.5 and had two of the wheels on opposite sides crack on the inner lip . I never hit any large potholes or anything only minor bumps, etc here in Charlotte, not like NYC . The alignment on the car was spot on so it's not like the camber was way off putting extra stress on the inner lip etc. To make it worse BBS' customer support wouldn't stand behind their product and tried to explain it as damage from hitting a pothole, but the cracked area actually fractured outwards from the center of the wheel indicating some other failure mechanism.
