Can I fit 275/35-19's on my G37 rear wheels?

Yes. 9" is the recommended minimum width you need for 275

you can go to falken dot com, select some tire specs, it'll show you what the recommended rim sizes for their tires

according to their spec, 275 is good for 9 to 11 wide

Although there is a range of wheel widths for the 275, I believe Toyo says the nominal is 9.5 and for a 285 tire, the nominal is 10".
