Discount tire matches after adjustments. It was $199 after adjustments for those rears you see advertised at $168. They found a $149 price and added $50 total: $15 shipping adjustment, $15 installation & balancing, $10 shipping & handling, $2.50 tire disposal, and $7.50 tpms rebuild. Try NTB first. I think Discount Tire got these tires at NTB, and the $10 was for NTB to drop the tires off at Discount Tire.l

Got these installed on my 07 sport sedan last week and am very satisfied. $139F/$149R from TireRack.com, shipped to a local installer who mounted for only $85. I went with these sizes:
F: 235/50/18
R: 255/45/18
It's annoying that there are so few matching sets at the OEM sizes, so I kept the same aspect ratio but bumped up 10mm on the width front and rear and had a lot more to choose from. The speedo error is so small, something like 1mph at 60mph. A good side benefit is that it fills up the wheel well ever so slightly more (I'll post pics later). No problems whatsoever with fit.
They ride a little harsher than the stock Potenzas but are pretty quiet for summer tires. Dry grip is excellent, maybe just a few percentage points below the Potenzas. Can't believe they're $400 cheaper than a set of the OEMs.
EDIT: forgot to mention that I probably set a record for mileage on the OEMs... had 41,000+ miles on them. Damn they were getting noisy.

Had them now for almost a year and 17,000 miles. Treadwear looks very minute, road noise is a VAST improvement over my KDW2s. However these tires will break loose VERY easy for my taste. The KDW2s would absolutely STICK in any situation. These tires will break loose just turning out of a McD's.
But I knew about all that when I bought them.
BTW I paid like 80$ a tire or something.

Fitment is 245/40/18 all 4.
As opposed to 255/45/18 rear on the kdws.
245/40/18 front.
Wheels are stock 18s.
Overall very satisfied. GREAT IN THE RAIN.
They do not follow the road like my KDWs whom literally almost killed me once.
By follow the road I mean when there are height or texture differences in the road the KDWs will try to follow them. It would feel like someone was tugging on my steering wheel.
Very chill tires, great price. But do not buy these for performance.
These tires outperform my stock tires and KDW2s in every category but dry traction and tread pattern. So obviously they win.
Row of ******* for Sumitomo.

I am surprised about breaking loose.... I haven't seen that from reviews.
& by break loose; do you mean traction under acceleration, or cornering?
Are your's the Z III?

I've never had them break loose under cornering, say a freeway on-ramp. They are actually very predictable. I'm talking about under acceleration only. I should've specified.
And its not really fair that I'm comparing them to one of the best, which not only has better dry traction, but I was running it in a wider staggered fitment. Back when my suspension was new and tight.
90k miles on my suspension as of now.

new rubber option 07Sport
Hey-looking at options for replacing my Potenza's on my 07S and I've read some some posts on people outfitting 1 size rubber for all 4 wheels.... 401 Dixie Infiniti dealer doesn't recommend this due to performance issues....but what do they know......they rotated my tires with my larger backs on the front even after I mention before service not to rotate....debacle
Anyways, looking for an all season tire and seems the Ecsta LX Platinum is a good tire
