wanting to put some 05 g35 coupe 19" chrome wheels on...

I have a 08 G35xS sedan. They have the 18x7.5 wheels on them currently. I am wanting to purchase a set of the 19x8 oem 05 g35 coupe chrome wheels(not staggered). I believe these come with a 225/40/19 tire. Would I be able to go up to a 45 series tire? I dont want any rubbing or issues. Also, anything else I should consider to do the swap?

I put the coupe wheels on my car when I first got it. I don't think they make them in anything but staggered?

I'm currently running 225/40 and 245/40. You could definitely go 45 series though, and if you don't plan on lowering it would actually fill the wheel gap a bit better.

I was definitely happy to have a 19" OEM wheel when I bought them, but honestly, now I'm wishing I had the G37c wheels. I actually still really like the G35c wheels, but I am just in love with the G37c wheels.

Exactly... I would prefer G37C wheels over G35C wheels. They look sick on a 2007+ sedan

Price difference would be around 3 - 400$.

I am going with the G35c wheels. I am going to try and find all 19x8's on a 225/45/19 tire. Still uncertain if I should go chrome or not. I actually like the G35c wheels over the G37c wheels. call me crazy....

haha. i know. do you have pics of your ride? I dont think i will be modifying my G. I have tinted the windows already and am going to tint the tails. I think rims might be the only other thing I do.

I would however like to get rid of that orange turn signal bulb in the headlight assembly but cant figure out how to get to it.

Well apart from looks, aren't the g35c wheels better because they are forged by Rays, while the g37c is just alloy?

This is the only pic I have with me.

Again though...are you going to try and find two sets of fronts? They only come staggered...I'm 99% sure of that...

are there/will there be any issues with the offset being so different? my current wheels are 18x7.5 with 45mm offset and I believe the Rays are 19x8 with 30mm offset
